Rebel XTi and 18-55? That's the setup of choice around here. There are about 10 "professional photographers" where I live, you'll be lucky if they have an SLR, they all have a facebook page, and they all use freeware image editing programs to add vignettes and sepia tone to their photos.

They make Damaris Geese look like Annie Leibovitz.

i really feel bad for all the people that hire some of these photographers.

That's awesome that Judge Joe Brown knows his stuff about photography. "What speed is your lens?" Haha, f'in awesome. It seemed that he really did know what he was talking about and wasn't just regurgitating something he learned just before the taping of the show.
